Labyrinth

The images used where all shot from a balcony overlooking the same small scene but captured over time and with changing angles and zoom settings. The multiple view points and the constant shifting of -spatial experience gives the illusion that this space is changing and varying but in fact we are seeing the same space and architecture repeating itself over and over again. The labyrinth path here serves as a metaphor for the patterns of thought and behavior that produces it.

What does space make of us?”- “/…/how do daily interactions with the products and productions of socially- constructed spaces and spatial ways of knowing act to shape our consciousness of what we are, what we call ourselves, what we call each other/…/?
